Gingerenone A

Gingerenone A inhibits tyrosinase (IC50 = 9.4 µM for the mushroom enzyme) and scavenges DPPH radicals in a cell-free assay (IC50 = 12.6 µM). Gingerenone A (5 and 10 µM) also inhibits JAK2 and p70 ribosomal S6 kinase 1 (p70S6K1).
